Sachin Singh Parihar
, a UGC JRF recipient (2020) and Ph.D. Scholar at the Central University of Punjab's Department of Law is an accomplished legal scholar with a focus on renewable energy frameworks and sustainability dimensions. He earned his LL.M. in Criminal Law from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi, India. Currently pursuing his Ph.D. at the Central University of Punjab under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Deepak Kumar Chauhan, Mr. Parihar's research is centered on the “Implementation of Renewable Energy Framework with Reference to Sustainability Dimensions: A Comparative Analysis of Laws in India, China, and Germany.” His commitment to environmental and legal studies is evident in this ambitious and globally relevant project. Mr. Parihar has actively contributed to the academic discourse, having participated in numerous national and international conferences. Furthermore, his scholarly works have found a place in various reputed peer-reviewed journals, reflecting the depth and impact of his research contributions. With a strong foundation in criminal law and a keen interest in the intersection of law and sustainable energy, Mr. Parihar continues to be a noteworthy presence in the field of legal research and environmental law.
