S. Senthilkumar
is an Assistant Professor at Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education, where he specializes in the field of Food and Beverage Service and Tourism. He holds a Ph.D. from Madurai Kamaraj University. S. Senthilkumar's research interests include Tourism, Customer Relationship Management, and he has published extensively on topics such as MICE Tourism, CRM etc., His work continues to contribute significantly to the understanding and development of Tourism and Hospitality Industry. He regularly presents at international conferences and collaborates with leading experts worldwide.
