S. Rajakarunakaran
S. Rajakarunakaran
received his BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arulmigu Kalasalingam College of Engineering, Madurai Kamaraj University, India in 1989 and ME degree in Industrial Safety Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India in 1997. He completed his PhD in Design and Development of Intelligent Decision Support System for Safety Management in Process Industries from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai, India in 2008. He is currently a Professor and Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Ramco Institute of Technology, Rajapalayam, India. His areas of interest include industrial safety engineering, energy and environment, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis, and industrial engineering. Dr. Rajakarunakaran has extensive research experience, with numerous publications in international journals and conferences, and has guided multiple PhD scholars in various engineering domains.
