Dr.
S.Krishnakumari
is employed as an Assistant Professor in the School of Management Studies, Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai. She had completed MBA from MepcoSchlenk Engineering College specialized with HR and Systems during 2005 and M.H.R.M during 2007. Awarded Ph.D in Management from the Mother Teresa Women’s University, Kodaikanal in 2017. She started her career in the field of HR and then switched towards teaching since 2006. She is passionate in teaching with 18 years of experience, administering education and classroom procedures by fostering academic development. she had also completed M.Sc. Psychology and professionally trained in the areas of Mentoring and Leadership. She effectively organizes several training programmes on Personality & Self Development for the students and faculty. She had won the prestigious Dr.Lilavathi Award from AICTE, India during March 2022, and also various awards such as Outstanding Mentor Award for the year 2020 and the Best Teacher Award from Cape Forum You Trust. She had published several research papers in both National and International Journals and also associated as editorial member in few publications. She had authored and published books on the titles such as Marketing Management and Customer Relationship Management and Managerial Economics. She is also associated with several professional bodies like CII, MMA, etc for supporting the academic activities.
