is an accomplished academic with dual postgraduate degrees-MBA and M.Com-as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) and worked as an Assistant Professor with four years of teaching experience, Harini is recognized for her research-oriented mindset and dedication to academic innovation. Currently doing her research in human resource management in Saveetha School of Management During her MBA, Harini was honored as the Best Outgoing Student and received a coveted gold medal, reflecting her commitment to excellence and leadership. Her passion for research is evident in her extensive work with various scholarly articles, particularly those employing quantitative approaches. Harini’s innovative spirit and analytical skills have earned her the prestigious Young Researcher Award. In addition to her research contributions, Harini has reviewed several research chapters, further establishing her reputation as a meticulous and insightful scholar.
