Rutuja Kamble
is a dynamic and dedicated professional with 15 years of experience. Her contributions encompass teaching, with a deep passion for inspiring and mentoring young minds, as well as fostering the growth and development of the institution. She has published several papers in national and international journals, presented numerous posters at various national and international platforms, and received Special Appreciation, secured First Rank, and been awarded Best Presenter at both national and international levels. Actively engaged in continuous professional development, she regularly participates in Faculty Development Programmes to further enhance her expertise and teaching practices. Her research interests include the synthesis, purification, and characterization of organic compounds, as well as online in silico studies and docking studies
