Rusdiana Junaid
, Grad.Dipl. in TESOL., M.Hum., M.A., is a distinguished academic leader and scholar in the field of English language education, applied linguistics, and cultural studies. Currently serving as the Rector of the Institute of Health and Business Kurnia Jaya Persada Palopo, she brings decades of academic, administrative, and international experience to her role. She holds multiple postgraduate degrees in English Language Studies and Applied Linguistics from Hasanuddin University and Curtin University, Australia, where she also completed specialized training in TESOL. Her professional development includes participation in international programs such as the SUSI Program at New York University, the JICA-sponsored Lesson Study Training in Japan, and the Ph.D. Sandwich Program with Griffith University, Australia. Prof. Rusdiana has held various leadership positions, including Dean of the Faculty of Education and Dean of Computer Engineering at Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo. She is actively involved in professional organizations such as TEFLIN, WALS, ALSI, ALTI, and MLI. In addition to her teaching and research roles, she contributes as an assessor in national academic quality assurance programs, including PPG, BKD, JAFUNG, and LAMDIK
