Rupa Rathee
Rupa Rathee
is an associate professor at the Department of Management Studies, DCRUST, Murthal, Haryana (India). She has more than twenty years of teaching experience to her credit. Her teaching and research areas include Marketing and HRM. She has written three books with renowned publishers like Lambert Academic Publishing, PHI Learning and CRC Press (Taylor and Francis). She has over fifty publications to her credit in reputed international and national journals of publishers like Emerald, Sage and Elsevier. She has contributed more than ten book chapters to the books of IGI Global, McGraw Hill Education, and Palgrave Macmillan publishers. She has attended more than 30 FDPs at various prestigious institutes like IIM-Bangalore, IIM-Calcutta, IIM-Kozhikode, MDI-Gurgaon, IITM-Gwalior etc. She has contributed papers in over fifty international and national conferences. She has completed seven consultancy projects and one UGC (University Grants Commission) sponsored major research project. She was awarded “The Best Teacher Award” instituted by the Sonepat Hindu Educational and Charitable Society for outstanding performance. She has been awarded four “Best Paper Award” at various prestigious International Conferences. Three scholars have been awarded Ph.D. degrees under her guidance. She is the department's research coordinator, cultural coordinator, NEP coordinator, and Assistant training and Placement Officer. She is a soft-skill trainer and motivational speaker. She has organized many cultural/technical events, professional development programs, and workshops. She has delivered many expert lectures in various institutions.
