Rumna Bhattacharya

Prof. Rumna Bhattacharya is an accomplished academician with 37 years of extensive experience in teaching and research, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at ICFAI University Jharkhand since 2015. She holds a PhD, MA, and M.Phil., and specializes in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Research Methodology. Her research interests primarily focus on Job Satisfaction, Human Resource Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Bhattacharya has held various academic positions across reputable institutions, including the International Institute of Business & Excellence, ICFAI University Jharkhand National College, S.S.L.N.T. Mahila Mahavidyalaya, De Nobili School, and Carmel School. Her dedication to education is reflected through her active participation in numerous conferences and seminars, such as the Indian Science Congress, International Seminar in Bhubaneswar, Applied Psychology Conference at the University of Kolkata, National Seminar on Industrial Relations and Productivity at Sardar Patel University, and the Ed Leadership International Roundtable at CMS World Unity Convention Centre, Lucknow. She has also contributed to scholarly literature, with her publication in the book Spiritualism and Education, presented at an international seminar in 2013. Dr. Bhattacharya’s expertise, commitment to research, and passion for teaching have made her a valuable asset in her field, continuing to shape her academic journey through innovative research and knowledge dissemination.
