Rukshar
is Research Scholar at Department of Commerce and Business Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India. She holds a master’s degree in commerce and bachelors in education from the University of MJPR, Bareilly. Her research interests include marketing, consumer satisfaction and promotional strategies regarding online education. She has also qualified UGC NET (Assistant Professor) examination.
