Roselie B. Ferrer-Rafols
Roselie B. Ferrer-Rafols
is the Director of the Guidance and Counseling Center at Liceo de Cagayan University, Cagayan de Oro City. She is a Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) and Registered Psychometrician (RPm), professionally affiliated with the Philippine Guidance and Counselors Association, Inc. (PGCA) and the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP). She teaches at the College of Arts and Sciences, Psychology Department handling subjects like Counseling Theories, Tools, and Techniques, Group Dynamics, Abnormal Psychology, and Understanding the Self. Furthermore, she taught subjects like Leadership, Interpersonal Relationships and Communication, Personality Development, Community and Group Dynamics, as well as Career Planning and Management. She is also part of the Board of Directors of PGCA 10 and a lifetime member of the Career Counselors and Advocates for Region 10. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctorate in Education major in Guidance at the University of the Philippines-Diliman. Her research interests include topics on guidance and counseling, career development, and mental health and well-being.
