, M.Si, is a renowned academic and thought leader specializing in management and entrepreneurship. Serving as a Professor at Universitas Negeri Makassar, he has dedicated his career to advancing education, research, and innovation in these fields. His academic qualifications are extensive, including a Doctorate in Human Resource Management from Universitas Padjadjaran, where his research focused on strategic management and organizational behavior. Throughout his career, Prof. Romansyah has authored numerous books and research papers that address critical areas such as economic mathematics, business performance, entrepreneurial values, and small and medium enterprise (SME) development. Currently, he serves as the Vice Director III of the Graduate Program, where he plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of postgraduate education and research.
