Rizwana Rafiq
Dr.
Rizwana Rafiq
is a passionate educator in the field of commerce and business management with more than 12 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Dr. Rafiq has established herself as a prominent figure in academia, known for her innovative teaching methodologies and profound research contributions. She is committed to the social and academic growth and development of every student and overall community well-being. And, have taught most of the courses in Commerce, Entrepreneurship and Business Management. Dr Rafiq has completed her M.phill and P.hD in HRM and OB from the University of Kashmir which is one of the top ranked universities in India. She was also awarded ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship (JRF) in 2016. Dr. Rafiq is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce CUK and throughout her career, she has held various teaching and research positions, honing her skills as an educator and scholar. Additionally, her research endeavors have contributed significantly to the advancement of knowledge in the field, with her publications appearing in prestigious National & International academic Journals and has participated in number of national and international Seminars, Workshops & Conferences. As an Assistant Professor, Dr. Rafiq continues to inspire and mentor the next generation of business leaders, imparting invaluable knowledge and instilling a passion for excellence in her students. Her commitment to academic excellence, coupled with her innovative teaching methodologies and prolific research output, solidifies her position as a trailblazer in the realm of Management and Commerce. She is also a full time member of an International NGO Organization (Soroptimist International, Head Office, Ireland & London), which works for the empowerment of women through the women already empowered. And have completed several projects so far primarily related to women's economic empowerment, health issues of teenage girls and sustainable entrepreneurial opportunities for women etc.
