Dr.
Ritu Wadhwa
is Ph.D in Corporate Finance. She is Associate Professor at Amity Business School, Amity University, Noida (U.P.) India. She has more than 21 years of teaching and research experience. She has done MBA (Finance) from GGS Indraprastha University. She has 16 national and 5 international papers to her credit. Also, she has written two books titled “Strategic Financial Management” and “Project Planning Appraisal & Control”. Her research Interest area is corporate finance, sustainable finance, financial frauds and international financial reporting standards.
