Rika Desiyanti
was born in Padang Indonesia on December 8, 1974. Completed elementary school (1987) at SDN No. 11 Padang. Graduated from SMP 1 Padang (1990), graduated from SMA 1 Padang (1993), obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree at Hatta University (1997), and obtained a M.Si degree in the Master of Science Management Study Program, Gadjah Mada University (2004). Completed her doctorate (PhD) at UNISEL Malaysia (2022). Currently active as a Permanent Teaching Staff at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Bung Hatta. As a member of the teaching staff of the Postgraduate Program at Universitas Bung Hatta. As an invited lecturer at UTM Malaysia. Served as a computer training instructor. In addition to teaching at Hatta University as an extraordinary lecturer, he has taught at several universities, such as the College of Management Sciences, Universitas Putra Indonesia (UPI) Padang, and the State Islamic University (UIN) Syech Jambek Bukittinggi. Now active as a supervisor of the IDX Investment Gallery at the Faculty of Business and Economics, Universitas Bung Hatta. She has written many articles and research and published in international journals and national journals. Has a research interest in the fields of management in general, financial management, financial technology, portfolio investment and capital markets, and SMEs (business). She has also authored the books Investment & Portfolio Management Volume 1 and Investment Management & Portfolio Volume 2. She has written books on Investment Theory and Portfolio, Financial Management Book, Operations Management Book, Covid-19 Changes the Face of Indonesia, Financial Literacy and Inclusion of MSMEs During the Pandemic, and Banking Management. Also as the editor of many books.
