Richa Arora
Richa Arora
is faculty in the Department of Microbiology, Scottish Church College, Kolkata. Presently she is pursuing her research in JIS University, Agarpara, Kolkata.She has over 15 years of undergraduate teaching experience in microbiology, specializing in environmental microbiology, virology, and immunological techniques. Her research includes studies on microbial diversity, heavy metal resistance, and water quality assessment, with several publications in national and international seminars. She has actively participated in research projects funded by the United Board of Christian Higher Education in Asia. As Head of the Department from 2021- 2024, she has also contributed to various academic committees and mentors student research.
