PhD, MBA, PMP, is a globally recognized expert in Project Management, Finance, Strategy, and Healthcare Innovation, with extensive experience in business consultancy across Pharma, MedTech, Medical Devices, IT, and Professional Services. Currently, Ricardo serves as a Senior International Project Manager at SIBS, where he drives the delivery of projects across specific geographies to enhance company growth. His role involves redefining strategic processes for project and program management, ensuring operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and alignment with the company’s long-term growth strategy. Throughout his career, Ricardo has led high-impact transformations for multinational organizations. In the companies where he has worked, he played a pivotal role in expanding the workforce and significantly increasing sales through gamification strategies in 2017. Between 2017 and 2020, he managed dozens of professionals, redefining Pharma
and MedTech consulting strategies by integrating gamification to enhance engagement and adherence, while also improving project management efficiency across global operations. In 2021, Ricardo revolutionized risk management approaches by introducing a new strategic control framework, which resulted in a 20% increase in direct project margins and strengthened overall business sustainability. Between 2022 and 2023, Ricardo led global CRM projects for some of the largest pharmaceutical companies worldwide, working with a New York City-based global Pharma leader to enhance customer relationship management (CRM)strategies.
