Ribea Krupauya Golapalle
Ribea Golapalle
is a psychologist with over nine years of experience in the field of mental health, specializing in child and adolescent well-being. She holds a background in psychology and has worked across diverse settings, including schools, community mental health projects, and government initiatives. Her previous roles include working as a psychologist with Goa Education Development Corporation and contributing to the Samvad project at NIMHANS, where she was involved in mental health training, counseling, and systemic support. Currently, Ribea serves as the Program Director – Psychology at Drishti Counseling Center, where she leads psychological services and capacity-building initiatives. Her approach is rooted in empathy, inclusion, and a strong belief in early intervention and systemic care.
