Reena Malik
Reena Malik
presently working as an Assistant Professor in Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University, Punjab, India. She is Ph.D in Management and Post graduate in Management and Commerce. She has qualified UGC/NTA NET in both Commerce and Management. She has published more than 20 papers in reputed national and international journals and presented papers in various government sponsored seminar and conferences. She has published various research papers and book chapters in Emerald Publication, IGI Global, CRC Taylor and Francis, Wiley and Sage Publications etc. Awarded Gold Medal in M.A (Mass communication), Kurukshetra University. Awarded by women Dedication Magazine. She has five books to her credit. Having a teaching experience of more than 12 years she is actively working in research areas like Consumer Behavior, Brand Management, Customer satisfaction etc. she has 9 patents and 5 copyrights to her credit and edited three books with reputed publishers like Wiley, Taylor and Francis and IGI Global.
