Dr.
Rakesh Sharma
is an experienced academician and researcher specializing in hospitality and tourism management. With over 14 years of combined academic and industry experience, Dr. Sharma is currently serving as an Associate Professor at MMICT&BM (HM), MMDU, Mullana, Amabala. His expertise spans research coordination, curriculum development, experiential learning, and implementing outcome-based education (OBE) and National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. An active researcher, Dr. Sharma has published extensively in Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC Care-listed journals, contributing to books and conference proceedings on hospitality technology, service automation, and consumer behavior. He has also registered multiple copyrights related to hospitality operations and research methodologies. Dr. Sharma is passionate about leveraging technology for innovation in hospitality education and research, with a vision to bridge industry-academia gaps and enhance learning experiences in the field.
