Dr.
Raji Rajan
, currently an assistant professor at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) in Bangalore, India. She is a distinguished academician with 14+ years of experience in finance, economics, and business studies and holds a M.Com., M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Economics from Rani Durgavati University, India. She has participated in numerous national and international webinars and conferences. She has published over 25+ research papers in esteemed Scopus, ABDC, WOS and UGC care listed journals. Her research interests include economic development, entrepreneurship, customer satisfaction, and leadership's role in productivity. She is also developing MOOC content and courses. Her 4 patents have been published and has co-authored 2 books at national level and 4 book chapters (Scopus Indexed). She is committed to advancing knowledge and has actively contributed to student development initiatives and various academic forums.
