Raj Kumar Mishra

Raj Kumar Mishra is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management Sciences, University of Lucknow, with 14 years of teaching experience. He has also gained valuable experience working at prestigious institutions like PSIT Kanpur and BBD University. He has authored one book, holds one patent, and has published 21 research papers in esteemed national and international journals. With a Ph.D. in Management specializing in Marketing, his current research focuses on the influence of emerging technologies such as AI and Big Data on consumer behaviour and brand engagement. He also explores the effectiveness of personalized and healthcare marketing, as well as the role of ethical advertising in fostering consumer trust.
