R. Dilek Koçak
Rahime Dilek Koçak
graduated from Ankara Çankaya Milli Piyango Anatolian High School (1999) then received her bachelor's degree from Çankaya University Department of Business Administration in English (2003), master's degree from Gazi University Department of Business Education (2011) and doctorate from University of Turkish Aeronautical Association (UTAA) Department of Business Administration (2016). Her associate professorship title in the field of management and strategy (2021). Between 2004 and 2012, she worked in the import, finance and tender departments of enterprises in different sectors. Between 2013 and 2021, she worked as a lecturer, assistant professor and associate professor at the UTAA and left in 2022. In February of the same year, she was appointed as an associate professor at Ufuk University, Department of Business Administration. In addition, she worked as a guest lecturer at the National Defence University Land War College between 2020-2022 and as a guest lecturer at Ankara University Distance Education Faculty in 2023-2024. As of February 2025, she has been working as an associate professor at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Faculty of Financial Sciences, Capital Markets Department. She has held administrative and academic positions such as founding departmental head, deputy dean, institute deputy director, faculty and vocational school board member and faculty board member at the universities she has worked at. Her research areas are strategic management, organizational behavior, human resources within the scope of management and strategy.
