Prosper Bernard
Prosper Bernard
is a professor of management at the University of Quebec in Montréal where he was previously vice-rector and member of the BOARD of TRUSTEES of the university. He is also Chairman of the Board of the University Consortium of the Americas in Florida. He holds several degrees including a PhD from City University of New York. He has served successively as Director of the PHD program in management, and managed a PHD consortium including McGill university,Director of the department of management and technology, Director of the MBA program locally and abroad, namely in China, the only one Executive MBA officially recognized by the Chinese government. Lately, China's Jiangsu Province presented him with the prestigious Friendship Medal and the Labor Prize for his contribution to university education. He has published numerous books and articles in academic conferences and scopus, IEEE and other prestigious journals.
