Priyanka Chugh
Priyanka Chugh
is an accomplished academician, researcher, and mentor currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Commerce at Chandigarh University. With over a decade of experience in both academia and industry, she has cultivated a dynamic professional journey across various institutions, including BBK DAV College for Women, Guru Nanak Dev University, and NYX Software Pvt. Ltd., Mohali. Priyanka holds an M.Com (Distinction) and an MBA in Marketing, is UGC NET qualified, and is presently pursuing her Ph.D. in Commerce from Guru Nanak Dev University. Her academic and research interests span financial services, digital innovation, advertising ethics, and gender studies. She is a co-author of academic books on financial markets and management and has published numerous research papers and case studies on topics like FinTech, CSR, investor behavior during pandemics, and financial inclusion. Her work has been presented at prestigious national and international conferences, reinforcing her position as a thought leader in the field. Priyanka is deeply engaged in student mentoring and co-curricular development, currently serving as an event coordinator at Chandigarh University. She has organized expert sessions, industry visits, and skill-building workshops while also guiding students to success in national competitions hosted by institutions like IIM Indore, Chitkara University, and Dev Samaj College. Her earlier experience as a report analyst further enriched her data analysis and corporate reporting skills, complementing her academic background.
