Priyadarshani Singh
is a distinguished academician, entrepreneur, and thought leader with a multidisciplinary academic background including a Ph.D. in Management, MBA, M.Com, M.Sc., and LLB. A qualified professional in Management, she brings over 17 years of diverse experience spanning higher education, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently an Associate Professor at Noida International University, she has previously contributed her academic expertise at renowned institutions such as Lovely Professional University, IILM Lucknow, and the University of Allahabad. In addition, she has worked with the All India Management Association (AIMA) local chapter and has played pivotal roles in various faculty development and academic initiatives. Her research contributions include papers published in renowned journals, with interests in AI-enabled HR analytics, sustainable HRM, and digital learning systems. She holds two Indian patents focused on AI in HR optimization and adaptive learning in classrooms. As an editor of the International Journal of Research in Business Studies, she is actively involved in promoting quality academic discourse. Dr. Singh has presented her work at prestigious platforms including IIM Bangalore, Cambridge University, and international conferences across Dubai and Malaysia. She has authored several books ranging from research compendiums to exam preparation and personal development, and has successfully organized multiple international conferences on business and innovation.
