Prof. (Dr.)
Preeti Yadav
is a seasoned academician with a Ph.D. in Commerce. Currently a Professor at Amity Business School, Amity University Rajasthan, she has over more than 20 years of teaching experience. She holds an M.Com and MBA, specializing in HR and Marketing, and has contributed extensively to research and publications. She has extensive research experience and also supervising multiple Ph.D. scholars in areas like digitalization's impact on HR, soft skills for employability, and customer retention strategies. She has also edited books on financial frauds, cross-cultural HR, and skill development, contributing significantly to academic programs and research at Amity University. Prof. (Dr.) Preeti Yadav has published numerous papers in reputed journals covering a wide array of topics including COVID-19's impact on marketing, HR, customer retention, work-life balance, and organizational stress. She has presented numerous research papers at international and national conferences, covering topics like women empowerment, social entrepreneurship, and microfinance, among others. She has also contributed chapters to several edited books, covering topics like women entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, digital India, and microfinance. Additionally, she holds a patent for a novel technique in digital marketing using AI, blockchain, and IoT.
