Pratima Merugu is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing at GITAM School of Business, GITAM (Deemed to be a University), Visakhapatnam. She has more than 15 years of teaching and research experience. She has published research papers in reputed refereed International and National journals. She has also presented papers at National and International Conferences. Her current areas of research are Consumer Behaviour and Customer Experience in the Service Sector.
