Pratibha Singh
LL. B, LL.M Assistant Professor B.M.S. College of Law, Bengaluru, Karnataka, (India) She has completed her LL. B. from CCS University, Meerut and LL.M in IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) from RML National Law University, Lucknow. She has qualified UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) for Asst. Professor of Law. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from CMR University, Bengaluru on the topic “Implication of Intellectual Property Rights Regime on Agricultural Biodiversity: A study with reference to India”. She has worked as Teaching Associate at RML National Law University, Lucknow, as Assistant Professor in Oxford Law College, Bengaluru and Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies, Bengaluru. Currently working as Assistant Professor in B.M.S. College of Law Bengaluru, Karnataka. She has presented a number of papers in State, National Seminars and published papers in various Journals. Her areas of interest include IPR, Family Law, Transfer of Property and Law of Torts.
