Prathima Shivakumar Pattada
Prathima Pattada
has been a valued staff member at Arkansas State University for over 12 years, gaining extensive experience in administrative, data assessment, and managerial roles across academic and research management/services. Currently, Prathima serves as the Program Director at the Arkansas Biosciences Institute, overseeing the research institute’s overall administrative operations. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Financial Management, Prathima has a solid foundation in financial operations, data analysis, and organizational management. In her role as pre-award research grant proposal support staff, Prathima collaborates closely with principal investigators and the university's research administration office. She is responsible for developing well-structured, compelling, and tailored grant proposals that align with the specific requirements of each funding source, while preparing detailed budgets, justifications, and timelines for proposed projects.
