Pranjal Khare
Pranjal Khare
is a faculty member at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU), and an advocate with expertise in intellectual property law, environmental law, and international law. He has co-authored several scholarly articles, including “Arbitrability of Intellectual Property Dispute: Where Does India Stand?” published in the Journal of Intellectual Property Rights, which examines the arbitrability of IP disputes in India.
