Dr.
Pooja Lekhi
is the Chair of the Department of Quantitative Studies and a Finance Professor at University Canada West. With over a decade of experience in teaching and research, she specializes in making complex financial and technical concepts accessible through innovative teaching and assessment methodologies. Dr. Lekhi’s research interests encompass asset quality management in financial institutions, cryptocurrencies, cybersecurity, financial technologies (FinTech), blockchain, and other emerging trends in the financial sector. Her work has been published in Fintech Magazine, Blockchain Tribune, and Money and Finance Magazine, and her insights have been featured in Express.co.uk, Currency.com, The New York Times Post, News Nation USA, World ABC News, and Forbes Alert. Beyond research and publishing, Dr. Lekhi has authored numerous book chapters and peer-reviewed journal articles.
