Phuong A. Hoang
Ai-Phuong Hoang
is a Senior Lecturer of Digital Marketing at The Business School, RMIT Vietnam. Her research intersects computational social sciences and computer science to explore consumer behavior, digital business transformation, social networks, social media, and methodological innovations for causal inference with large-scale digital trace data. Her research work has been published in the Journal of Management Information Systems (JMIS), Behaviour & Information Technology (BIT), Electronic Commerce Research and Applications (ECRA), Health Communication (HC), Australasian Journal of Information Systems (AJIS), Computers and Security (C&S), and leading conferences and workshops in IS. She earned her graduate degrees from Singapore Management University and was a visiting Ph.D. student at the Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy, Carnegie Mellon University.
