Payal Sharma
, is an Assistant Professor at Acropolis Faculty of Management and Research, Indore, India. She has a PhD in Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. Her research areas includes Psychological Capital, Organizational Climate, Fintech, Student Employability and Entrepreneurship. She has has experience in providing hands-on training in different research tools and methodology. She has conducted various Faculty Development and Management Development Programs in different areas including SPSS, Bibliography, Research, Perception, Joharry Window, and Personality Assessment.
