Parul Sharda
, is currently serving as an Associate Professor under Statue21 of Medi Caps University, Indore. She has served as a College Code-28 Associate Professor and Head of Management Department at Indore Management Institute, IMI Group of Institutions, Indore. She is an enthusiastic academician with over 15 years of teaching experience in different college and Universities. She is a registered guide at Medi-Caps university Indore. She is also having a corporate experience of two years with Reliance Industries, Navi Mumbai. She is currently holding the position of MP State Convener- Research Foundation of India. Also, she is a MP State President of WICCI (Women Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) -Financial Literacy and Management Council. Dr Sharda had also been a trainer at MSME-Development Institute and ATDC (Apparel Training and Design Center) for budding entrepreneurs. She is a faculty of International Business, Economics and Entrepreneurship, and an author of Two Book’s “Macro Economics-An Indian Perspective” and “Minimalism-A New Lifestyle Statement” for Management Students and “अर्थशास्त्र -I” for BALLB - Ist Sem Students. Dr Sharda has published more than 50 research Papers in Varied National/International, UGC Care, Scopus and ABDC Indexed Journals She is been awarded with Teacher with Huge Potential by Research Foundation of India and World Federation of Science and Technology in 2019, Best Researcher Award in the area of Management by RULA foundation Trichy, Tamil Nadu and Best Presentation award for Sustainable Development Goal-9 by Global Peace and Sustainable Development Summit- 2021. Also, she had received Global Empowerment Award-2021 for dedicating her service as a “Zestful Academician with Enormous Aptitudes” in the research area of International Business, Economics and Entrepreneurship. She is a thoughtful leader and visionary with a disruptor outlook and has proven examples of success with established national, international and global educational platforms. She has also received the SDG Ambassador Award in 2024 for raising awareness among the youth and academic community related to sustainable development goals. She is a columnist at Free Press and News Track Live, and believes that words are the powerful weapons for teachers, which can be used to bring a positive change in the society. Dr Parul has also organized various Workshops, Training Programs, SDPs and FDPs for faculties and students’ overall enhancement. She has shared her knowledge and expertise as a resource person and guest speaker in various institutions including IIT-Indore (MPVS), Parul University, Vadodra (Gujrat), Imperial College Bargarh, Odisha, GLA University Mathura, AIDASCO-Republic of Serbia, Witty Gossip Association, Medi-Caps University Indore, Oriental University Indore, Acropolis Institute of Management and Research Indore, Shri Vaishnav College of Commerce, Indore, St. Paul Institute of Professional Studies, Indore and many more.
