is a Junior Research Fellow (UGC) and Ph.D Scholar at The West Bengal National University of Judicial Sciences (NUJS),Kolkata. He has completed PG Diploma in Media Laws From NALSAR, Hyderabad. He has qualified Prestigious UGC NET with JRF. He has practicing experince as an Advocate at Patna High Court. He has also completed LLM. He has completed BBA,LL.B. (Constitutional Law Hons.) from School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar.
