Pablo Alfonso Aguilar Calderón
Pablo Alfonso Aguilar-Calderón
holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Facultad de Derecho Mazatlán at Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa (Mazatlán, Mexico). He earned his Master's degree in Law in 2014 from the Graduate Studies Division of the Facultad de Derecho at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), and in 2017, he received a PhD in Law with Honorable Mention from the same institution. Since 2017, he has served as a research-professor at Facultad de Derecho Mazatlán at Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa (Mazatlán, Mexico). His research areas focus on family law, procedural family law, technology legislation, and their interdisciplinary relationship. He is a core academic member of the Graduate Program in Law Sciences at Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa (Mazatlán, Mexico), recognized by the Secretaría de Ciencia, Humanidades, Tecnología e Innovación (SECIHTI), and a member of the emerging research group “Law, Technology, and Innovation” (UAS-CA-320). He also serves on the Board of Doctors in Law at the Faculty of Law at UNAM. Among other recognitions, he is a Lead Science Communicator of the State Network of Science and Technology Communicators in Sinaloa. Member of the National System of Researchers Level 1 from SECIHTI, México.
