P. S. Swathy
Swathy P.S
serves as an Assistant Professor of Law, with academic specialization in Constitutional and Criminal Law. She is presently pursuing her Doctoral research on “The Right to Health of Tribal Women in Kerala with Special Reference to Wayanad District: A Socio-Legal Analysis.” Her research interests encompass constitutional governance, human rights, gender justice, and the interface between law and public health. Ms. Swathy has contributed several scholarly papers to UGC-approved journals and actively engages in academic discourse addressing issues of social justice and legal empowerment of marginalized communities. Through her teaching and research, she seeks to promote a deeper understanding of the law as an instrument of social transformation and inclusive development
