P. H. Reshma Sultana
Reshma
is a distinguished academician and counselor with extensive qualifications, including an M.COM, PG Diploma in Accounting & Taxation, MBA from Bharathiar University, and a Ph.D. in GHRM (Green Human Resource Management) from JJTU University, Rajasthan. With 8.5 years of academic experience, she has held roles as research coordinator, In-charge HOD, and participated in various research programs and conferences, Presented research articles in national and international conferences and published articles in UGC CARE journal, WOS and Scopus. She has designed course curriculums for Undergraduate programmes at Jain (Deemed -to-be University). Authored books on CRM, financial accounting, Corporate Administration for Bangalore university. Dr. Reshma, an member & Associate Editor in Association of Global Academicians and Researchers (AGAR) and Project Guide for national and international students, she has received appreciation awards for organizing national-level FDPs, webinars, Conferences. She is currently an Assistant Professor at Jain (Deemed-to-be University), contributing to course curriculum design, and serving as a member of the research team and MOOC developer. Her diverse areas of interest include HR, Accounts and other management subjects, reflecting her expertise and passion for all aspects of academia.
