P. Bhanumathi
P. Bhanumathi
is the Controller of Examinations at M S Ramaiah Institute of Management, Bangalore, and an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management & General Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Knowledge Management from the University of Mysore and has over 20 years of experience in teaching and 12 years in research and administration. A UGC-NET-qualified academician and Ph.D. guide at Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, she has published extensively in reputed journals and presented at leading conferences. She has received several accolades, including the Academic Excellence Award (2024) from the Rotary Club of Coimbatore and the Best Capstone Project Award (2023). She has delivered expert talks on AI in HR and Business at esteemed institutions and served as a session chair and conference convener at international conferences. Her research focuses on Knowledge Management, AI in HR, and Strategic HRM, driving innovation and organizational excellence. She handles courses in HR, Operations, Entrepreneurship, and General Management. She is a reviewer of the Journal of Human Resource Management, the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, and many other top universities.
