P. Aranganathan
Aranganathan P
holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical and Production Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management. He earned his Ph.D. in Management (HR) from Bharathiar University, India. A prolific author, he has written five books, including Principles of Management, Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Management, Management Skill Development, and Total Quality Management. Additionally, he has over 30 publications in esteemed international and national peer-reviewed, high-indexed journals, conference proceedings, and edited books. Dr. Aranganathan has successfully guided four scholars to complete their Ph.D. degrees in the fields of management and commerce. His primary research interests lie in Strategic Human Resource Management and Sustainable Business Practices.
