Oyinkansola O. Sodiya
Oyinkansola Sodiya
is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington. Her research explores Artificial Intelligence augmentation in the workplace. With her industry background in Robotics Process Automation, she has held leadership roles in companies such as Boeing Aircrafts and Raymond James Financial. She is a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a board member of the Southwest Academy of Management, and a track chair at the Midwest Academy of Management. In recognition of her contributions, she was honored with the 2024 United States Department of Transportation Dwight David Eisenhower Achievement Award.
