Nouhaila Ben Khizzou
Nouhaila Ben Khizzou
is a doctoral researcher in management sciences at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez, specializing in healthcare management with a particular focus on enhancing patient care and the overall patient experience within healthcare facilities. She holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management and Marketing from ENCG Agadir and a Bachelor’s degree in Radiology Technology from ISPITS Laayoune. Nouhaila has gained significant professional experience as an educator at OFPPT, where she teaches biomedical materials management, irradiation management, and quality assurance. Additionally, she has served as a practitioner in diagnostic radiology and radiotherapy at the Ministry of Health and Social Protection. With a strong blend of academic knowledge and practical expertise, Nouhaila is dedicated to advancing research in healthcare management. She has contributed to indexed books and conferences and is an active member of the scientific community. She also serves as a co-editor of an upcoming book on AI innovations aimed at optimizing customer experiences in the service sector.
