Nishi Kant Bibhu
Dr.
Nishi Kant Bibhu
is an assistant professor of Law at Bennett University (The Times Group). He has pursued PhD and M.Phil in Corporate Laws. He completed LL.M (corporate Laws) from NLU Jodhpur and B.A LL.B from CNLU, Patna. Having an academic experience of eight years, he has made a major impact on legal scholarship and practice. He is an associate member of the International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS) in Japan as well as member of the Centre for Competition Law & Economics (CCLE) in Bengaluru. Dr. Bibhu has been a resource person for various universities and organisations and has several publications on his name in esteemed national and international journals. He is also the guest editor for Journal of Capital Market & Securities Law & Journal of Corporate Governance and International Business Law STM Journals, A division of Consortium e Learning Network Pvt Ltd. Noida. His research areas include Competition Law, Investment & Securities Law, Mergers & acquisitions, Insolvency Laws and Company Law.
