Nikos Kalogeras
Nikos Kalogeras
holds the Chair of Sustainable International Business (SIB) at International Business School Maastricht (IBSM), Zuyd University, Netherlands. He's also an associated/visiting professor at CORMEC-Wageningen University & Research, MAICh-CIHEAM, Neapolis University Pafos, and Maastricht School of Management. His interests lie in sustainable cooperation within product/service markets, addressing how to invest, produce, and market sustainable offerings in complex value chains across agribusiness, food, financial, and tourism sectors. He actively develops new courses, leads research, co-authors papers, and collaborates with industry. Professor Kalogeras's research is published in top international journals like Sustainability and European Journal of Marketing, accumulating over 1000 citations (Sept. 2021) and an H-index of 19. He champions (international) triple-helix sustainable collaborations (universities, industries, governments), leveraging his role in consortia and subsidy initiatives for knowledge transfer. He is also an experienced commissioner for major organizations, government agencies (US/EU), cooperative firms, and SMEs.
