Nikolina Herceg Kolman
Nikolina Herceg Kolman
is a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb, and is currently in the final stage of her studies, preparing her doctoral dissertation on the Europeanization of human rights. She has extensive experience in European and foreign affairs, human rights, and sustainability, as well as policy planning, having worked as a policy advisor to the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, a policy advisor in the Croatian Parliament, Office of MEP, and policy consultant to international foundations (NDI, Friedrich Naumann Stiftung). Herceg Kolman is the author, co-author, and co-editor of several scientific articles and books in the fields of foreign and European policy, UN policy, sustainable development, and theory of democracy. She has also served as a lecturer for the “UN 2030 Program” course at the Dag Hammarskjöld College of International Relations and Diplomacy in Zagreb, as well as a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science and Libertas University in Zagreb.
