Nikitha Sreekanthaswamy
Dr.
Nikitha Sreekantha
is currently the Principal & Professor of Dayananda Sagar Business Academy. She has also worked as the Principal at The Oxford College of Business Management in Bengaluru, India. She holds a PhD in Management from Bharathiar University and has over 12 years of experience at Dayananda Sagar Institutions, where she served as Head of the Department. Dr. Sreekantha has co-authored seven textbooks and presented numerous research papers at national and international conferences. She has received several awards, including the Best Woman Educator Award from PERAL Foundation in 2021, recognizing her contributions to commerce and management education.
