Nika Chitadze

Professor Nika Chitadze is a specialist in Global and Caucasus geopolitics, World Politics, Economics, World Geography, Democracy/Human Rights, Environmental Security, Combating Terrorism, Energy Security, and strategic affairs. He is currently (from October 2017) the Director of the Center for International Studies and Professor and Coordinator of the Bachelor and Master Programs at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (Direction: International Relations and Politics) at the International Black Sea University (IBSU). He is also President of the George C. Marshall Alumni Union, Georgia – International and Security Research Center. He is a member of Regional Stability in South Caucasus Study Group of the PfP Consortium since 2019. He has about 25 years of teaching experience at several Universities and Schools in Georgia and abroad and has taught more than 30 lecture courses in the fields of Political science, Human Geography, International relations, and Economics.
