Neşet Mutlu
Dr.
Neşet Mutlu
is an assistant professor in the faculty of education at the Erciyes University, Turkey. His areas of interest are online education, blended learning, and the use of smart mobile devices in education. Preparing in-service courses for teachers with online learning environments and developing digital literacy applications for students are some of the latest projects he has completed. He has served as an expert and trainer in large-scale projects of organizations such as the European Union, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey.
