Neema Gupta
Neema Gupta
is an academic professional with over 19 years of experience in management education and research, currently serving as a Professor at Chandigarh University. With a PhD in Human Resource Management, she has held key roles such as PhD Coordinator and Journal Editor, and has successfully guided multiple PhD scholars. Dr. Gupta is a prolific author, having written comprehensive textbooks on Human Resource Management for Organisational Success (Vol. 1 & 2 – published under the publication of Palgrave Macmillan Springer Nature) and served as editor for edited books like Innovate to Integrate (Emerald, UK) and GIG Economy 2.0 (Peter Lang, Switzerland). With numerous Scopus-indexed publications and research awards, she continues to shape the academic landscape through her writing, & editorial leadership.
